The Adidas Ultra Freak football cleat line originally came out in 2018. The Freak Ultra 21 version features an updated “Freak” traction plate, is lightweight, and includes adidas’ signature Primeknit upper and patterned Boost cushioning system.
Cleat Design & Materials
These football cleats have a high-knit collar for increased ankle support and protection. The lightweight, textile Primeknit upper offers increased breathability and locked-down fit, while the responsive cushioning in the midsole adds some extra comfort.
Traction Plate
The Adidas Ultra Freak 21 football cleats have a Razorframe outsole and the traction plate consists of both triangle and circle studs which should help players make sharp cuts with ease.

Recommended Position
These cleats are probably better suited for players in skilled positions who want high ankle support. Despite being a mid cleat, the Primeknit material makes them thinner and lighter, making them an ideal fit for QB, RB, or TE.
